Selection Process

Applications for our MPhil programmes are reviewed in batches throughout the applications cycle.

Whilst in some cases a decision on an application will be made following the first review, in a large number of cases an application will be held for reconsideration at a later stage.  This may mean that a decision on your application is not taken until after the closing date for applications to the course.

The department aims to make the initial review within 12 weeks after being placed under consideration.

If your application is being reconsidered, you will be informed by the Student Business Office.
