The Home fee rate for this course is determined by the maximum Government Regulated Tuition Fee. For 2025-2026, this is £9,535. For 2026-2027, this has not yet been set. For 2026-27, we will increase fees in line with any uplift in the Regulated Tuition Fee determined by the UK Government for that academic year. The government’s stated default indexation assumption is that fees should rise with forecast inflation (the Retail Price Index excluding mortgage interest payments). The University will notify you of any fee increase by not later than June prior to the start of the next academic year. If you are dissatisfied with the proposed increase, you have the right to terminate your contract with the University. These pages will be updated when the Fee for 2026-27 is available. You should check this website for the most up-to-date information on tuition fees before applying and prior to accepting an offer from the University should your application be successful.
The Overseas fee rate in the second year will be charged at the rate stated above plus an inflationary increase, which is usually around 5%.
Unlike architecture courses elsewhere, materials for building models are provided. Limited Departmental financial support is available for fieldwork. Students are expected to choose their projects to work on within their financial means.
